Easy fix, the fuse is under the steering column.just left of the column itself.look for the wiring harness that has 3 plugs then go back toward the seat.its stuck way up there and in the back, i have the same prob but can't figure out how to get in. This box is known as the power distribution center and the top cover has a diagram of all the cartridge fuses, mini fuses and relays contained. The fuses on a jeep jl wrangler are located under the hood and in a black box next to the battery.
